The Call Plan Story
Call Plan Solutions’ entire existence boils down to a passion for exceptional Customer Experience. Back in 2004, many “Corporate” Telecom companies emerged on the back of BT’s monopoly being taken away from them. Call Plan’s founders spotted that companies - of all sizes - were still looking for a different type of telecoms partner. Companies were telling Call Plan that experience, transparency, seeking cost advantages and working collaboratively were the most important traits they looked for when seeking business partners. On the back of this feedback Call Plan Solutions was formed!
Call Plan Solutions continuously developed since 2004, building a reputation as being an honest and trustworthy telecoms provider, putting the customer at the centre of all we do - the same values and principles remain at the core of the organisation today.
Call Plan Solutions, for many years, supported businesses to purchase all telecoms services and competitive rates. As a value added reseller, Call Plan manages the entire customer journey, on behalf of our customers. Whether supporting our customers with their mobile phones, landlines, telephone systems or data connectivity, Call Plan consults, makes recommendations and ultimately services and bills our customers.
As Call Plan Solutions continues to grow, the vendor landscape is changing beyond all recognition. However, Call Plan Solutions identifies more than ever with our founding principles, upon which our company has been built.
Due to an explosion of service providers entering the market, Call Plan Solutions continues to work in the best interests of every customer and prospecting customer. Operating as a Trusted Advisor & Value Added Reseller, our consultative methods remain the same, we simply have a broader portfolio of vendor partners and network service providers with whom we collaborate.
