Background
Founded by Matthew Scaife in 2014, Yorkshire Vehicle Solutions was set-up to source and supply quality used cars at extremely competitive prices. Having previously worked in the Sports and Prestige car sector for 10 years, Matt felt it was time for a new challenge.

Yorkshire Vehicle Solutions is highly dependent on quality telecoms to run their business day-to-day. Customer’s often use Yorkshire Vehicle Solutions’ website to check stock and enquire about vehicles before they step onto the forecourt. From the beginning of each new customer conversation it is crucial that Yorkshire Vehicle Solutions’ prestige brand is promoted; and this includes the quality of their telephone calls.
