The Situation
As an established and growing company, which frequently delivers major events and brand campaigns for global brand names, OwlLive takes data security and compliance extremely seriously. OwlLive recognised that by moving our applications to the cloud, and by consolidating our IT services onto leading cloud-based applications, we would further protect our customer information, increase our levels of data security, whilst delivering benefits to OwlLive employees.
OwlLive identified an opportunity to enhance their security and compliance credentials. We explained to Call Plan that the major brands OwlLive works with today, they hold increasingly high expectations upon their business partners. Major brand-names have a responsibility to their consumers, to protect their personal data at all times. This must be achieved at all costs and an important factor which OwlLive is committed to continually deliver.
OwlLive frequently responds to tenders and works closely with procurement teams. Therefore, we repeatedly answer questions in relation to OwlLive’s Security & Compliance policies. Crucially, OwlLive must be able to answer these questions with the utmost confidence, in order to secure, maintain and grow our sales revenues.
